Cloud Puffs are at their best when enjoyed fresh.
Once filled, the choux and craquelin will naturally become softer over time as they absorb moisture from the cream. That's completely normal.
Your Cloud Puffs can be enjoyed within 2 days when kept refrigerated at 1–4°C . For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them on the day of collection.
