Are your cream puffs made fresh?
Yes! We prepare our puffs in small batches with care. For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them on the day of collection.

Do you offer delivery?
At the moment, we offer collection only. This helps us maintain the quality and delicate texture of our cream puffs.
Can I buy your puffs at the market without pre-ordering?
Yes, subject to availability! Our market stock may sell out, so follow our updates or visit early to avoid missing your favourite flavour.
How should I store my Cloud Puffs?
Keep them refrigerated at at 1–4°C until ready to enjoy.
Why has my craquelin become softer?
That's completely normal. Once the choux is filled, moisture from the cream gradually softens the pastry. That's why Cloud Puffs are best enjoyed fresh. For the best taste and texture, we recommend enjoying them on the day of collection.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes. Our products may contain common allergens including wheat/gluten, egg, milk, nut, and soy depending on the flavour.
While a specific product may not contain a particular allergen as an ingredient, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

Are Cloud Puffs gluten-free or nut-free?
No. Our current choux pastry contains wheat flour and tree nuts (almond).
Are your products vegetarian?
No. Our current choux pastry contains milk, butter, egg.
Are they Halal?
We use vanilla extract that includes alcohol. Some of our other flavours, such as chocolate and Earl Grey, may not contain vanilla extract, but all our products are prepared in a shared kitchen.
At this stage, Cloud Puff is not Halal-certified, so we’re unable to guarantee that our products meet Halal requirements. We recommend checking with us about the ingredients of a specific flavour if you have any questions.
